DO YOU NEED EQUIPMENT FOR THE PROGRAM?
All you really need for the program is a set of dumbbells. But if you want to spice up your workout, you can also grab resistance bands (both kinds, with handles and booty loops) and a yoga mat. These extras can mix up your exercises and make your workouts more comfortable, but aren't necessary for great results. If you're thinking about buying some gear and need advice, just shoot me a message!
WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH THE WORKOUTS?
The workouts are crafted to easily integrated into your weekly schedule. You get 5 workouts a week: 2 for upper body strength, 2 for lower body strength, and an optional core/conditioning day.
